Safeguarding - Keeping People Safe

The shared safeguarding policy for all the churches in the Stratton Team Ministry may be found at www.stratton team ministry.co.uk/safeguarding.

At St. Leonard’s we want to do everything we can to keep people safe when they use our buildings or take part in our services, groups and activities.  We are especially mindful of the safety of children, young people and vulnerable adults.

Our policy is to ensure that all those in a leadership role working with children, young people or vulnerable adults have an up to date DBS check.

Anne and Chris Pope are the safeguarding “Eyes and Ears” at St. Leonard’s, and they will report any safeguarding issues directly to Team Safeguarding officers.
